About our Agency

We are located at 716 Washington Street in the city of Watertown and specialize in the sales of 1-4 family residences.  All our agents keep abreast  of changes in the laws affecting our practice and maintain continuing education requirements as set forth by New York State Division of Licensing Services. 

About our Broker

Tony Netto - Broker/Owner is a NYS Certified Residential Appraiser and has over 30 years of real estate experience ranging from mortgage lending to real estate sales.  He is considered to be an expert in property valuation and many clients come to him because of his expertise. 

He was  awarded the SRA designation by the Appraisal Institute in 1994 after completion of an intensive education schedule as well as demonstration appraisal reports reviewed by appraisers across the country and from the local chapter.  He has served as expert witness in court trials and his work is highly regarded locally and nationally.  Recently, Mr. Netto said  '' I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the county of Jefferson and along the shores of Lake Ontario, St. Lawrence River, and the Black River. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with property values. "

Personal
Mr. Netto is a Watertown native having been born and raised here.   His youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around school, church and athletics.  He graduated from Jefferson Community College and attended Brockport State University. Current hobbies  include spending time with the family, traveling, and spending the summers at the family's second home on Chaumont Bay.
